Villa TP 112 - gated comunity

A retreat for like-minded people, shielded from public access - this concept has been popular in many countries for years and is an established part of sophisticated living culture.

The builders had already gained extensive experience in several houses and were able to incorporate all the knowledge gained into this property. Our task was, among other things, to implement the large number of specific requirements in such a way that a successful overall concept was developed. In terms of content, the villa is divided into three separate areas. The couple and two children have private areas on the upper floor. This zone is architecturally laid out in such a way that there could be no reason for any visitor to enter.

The garden level of the building is divided into two functional zones. A very spacious and at the same time impressive entrance area leads to the representative rooms for socializing, conversation, business and culinary delights. These are ideally connected to the service rooms of the domestic staff, in order to ensure inconspicuous care and support for the guests. On the other side of the garden level are the rooms that primarily serve the family's social habits. The central element is a covered, enclosed dining area on the terrace with an Argentine parilla (a brick grill). This is complemented by a spacious eat-in kitchen with a vinotheque and common rooms.

The entire property has an expressive architecture: clear lines, open to the garden with a protected area.

The design elements are stylishly interwoven with clear lines and exquisite materials to create a total work of art. The cultivated style of the builders was completed by the restrained elegance of the interior design as part of our planning.
